I am so thankful that I found Heidi. She is gifted as a yoga instructor and as a massage therapist. I work out a lot each week and her massage therapy works out all the kinks and the soreness that comes with a hard workout. The day after a massage I feel like I can fly when I teach my aerobics class. The atmosphere in her salon is peaceful, quiet and comfortable. I always come away feeling calm and relaxed. Thank you Heidi for a great service. I am one of your biggest fans!

Thank you Mrs. Roxanne! I love your classes. They are just the thing to get me going in the morning. We must get together and have lunch. Feel free to post some information about your aerobics classes and any fitness advice you are willing to share.
